Platform Rules You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 44bet online gaming platform, including the website, any mobile browser experience and all associated services offered under the 44bet brand. 44bet does not knowingly accept registrations from users who do not meet the eligibility criteria above. If you become aware that an account was created by someone who does not meet these criteria, please contact our support team immediately.

You may hold only one registered account on the 44bet platform. Each person is entitled to a single account regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Your account is personal to you.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, deposits made and any communications sent through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 44bet support as soon as possible. You will remain responsible for all activity that occurred before the report was made.
• Creating a second account to bypass a suspension, restriction or self-exclusion is strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being closed.

44bet reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that account activity is irregular, potentially fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

All deposits on the 44bet platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank payment
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer
• Cards — debit and credit cards where supported

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing time of the sending institution.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 44bet does not charge a processing fee on standard PKR deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit appears to have been processed but has not been credited, contact support with your transaction reference number and it will be investigated promptly.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where the channel allows reverse transactions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated on the withdrawal page and may vary by method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three working days.
• 44bet reserves the right to request identity or source-of-funds documentation before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity appears unusual.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts in your own name. Requests to send funds to third-party accounts will not be processed.

The following general rules apply across all game categories available on the 44bet platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games and Bingo:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome or bet settlement, 44bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• For sports betting, markets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body. Where a result is disputed or under review by the sport's governing body, settlement may be delayed until a final decision is reached.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface at the time of betting.
• Any bet placed using funds that were obtained through a prohibited method, bonus abuse or technical exploit will be voided regardless of its outcome.
• 44bet reserves the right to limit the stake size or restrict market access for any account at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional syndicate activity or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments — markets are settled based on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results where applicable. Any match abandoned without a result will have all pre-match bets voided and stakes returned unless a specific market rule states otherwise.

44bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions or other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies or exploiting technical errors — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• 44bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering — using the platform to process, conceal or transfer funds of illicit origin.
• Fraud and identity theft — using false identity documents, stolen payment details or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or other methods to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Chargebacks — raising a fraudulent chargeback dispute with your bank or payment provider after withdrawing or gambling funds.
• Exploiting software bugs — deliberately using a known platform error or game bug to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Automated betting tools — using bots, scripts or software to place bets automatically without human interaction, unless explicitly permitted.
• Underage gambling — registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

44bet monitors all account activity using automated and manual review processes. If your account is flagged for investigation, you may be asked to provide documentation. Failure to cooperate with a verification request will result in the account being suspended until the matter is resolved.
